The Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page that you see upon successful login. Please refer to the annotated screenshot for a summary of functions:

The 1st container provides a quick overview of your organization including the number of tutors, active students, and courses.

  1. Active students are those who have used their accounts within the last 90 days.
  2. Clicking on your name in green takes you to your user profile settings.

The 2nd container shows all of the courses attached to your organization. The table shows how many students are assigned to the respective course and what the average score for all students is.

  1. Clicking on a course name takes you to the detail page for that course, which shows even more stats.

The 3rd container shows your organization's tutors, including how many students are assigned to them, and when they last logged in.

  1. Clicking on the tutor's name in green allows you to "impersonate" that tutor, which means that you can view and work in the account as if you were the tutor yourself.
  2. Clicking the "Add Tutor" allows you to create or invite a tutor.
  3. If you have a lot of tutors, you can quickly search through them by typing their name in the search box
  4. Click on "Tutors" to view the Tutors page, which shows even more information

The 4th container shows your organization's active students, including their assigned courses and when they last logged in. Students not active within the last 90 days will not show up in this table.

  1. Clicking on a student's name in green allows you to "impersonate" that student, which means that you can view and work in the account as if you were the student yourself.
  2. Clicking the "Add Student" allows you to create or invite a student.
  3. If you have a lot of tutors, you can quickly search through them by typing their name in the search box
